Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all CHERRY LA tags still attached.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
